Comments: My 12 year old son has recently become interested in the origin of names so we were just surfing and found your page. My father was William Leon RODGERS from Jackson, TN. His father was Albert Greene RODGERS. I don't know any farther back, but I found it interesting that so many of your family were named Albert. My father died in 1968. He has one sister left. She lives in Morristown, TN. She is elderly and in poor health, but I may try to get some information from her. There are some cousins in Jackson but they spell their name without a d. Enjoyed your page. Marilyn Rodgers Watt

Comments: What a neat homepage...thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm new to genealogy and I'm researching my dad's family. My greatgrandmother, Nancy Margaret MINOR was from VA. and migrated to Kosse, Tx, in Limestone county. My greatgrandfather was Barthalemew RODGERS who was, I've been told, originally from Ireland and lived and died in Alabama. Nancy Margaret MINOR RODGERS married a Mr. COFFEY who lived in Kosse. If any of this fits with your Rodgers family, I would like to hear.

Don Rodgers
264 Sirocco Place S.W., Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Researching: RODGERS. My father, Stewart Amos RODGERS, was born in Havelock, Ontario, Canada in 1917. His father Henry RODGERS, hailed from Pennsylvania and were known as Pennsylvania Deutsche (commonly mis-pronounced as Dutch), and I am listed as Pennsylvania Deutsche on my Ontario birth certificate under father's nationality. I know they were farmers and after moving to Ontario they farmed in Havelock and in the Niagara Falls area, where they ran a racehorse stable. Some of the family members moved to London, Ontario. Trying to trace this part of the family.
