I, Chiles Cleere of the County of Lawrence and the State of Alabama, do hereby make my last will and testament in the manner and form following [,] that is to say, first I desire that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid and after the payment of my debts and funeral expenses, I give to my wife [,] Harriet H. Cleere [,] one cupboard, one blind horse, two bedstead, one folding leaf table, all the pork and lard and hogs [,] one bureau and small table [,] one moss saddle, two bridles and farming tools and ten dollars worth of leather, one milk cow and calf and to be enjoyed by her forever and I give my daughter [,] Joanne Cleere [,] one cow and thirty dollars and to have an equal share of all the balance of my property monies and effects arising from my estate and I give the balance of my estate monies and effects to be equally divided between the following named heirs [:] Lucy A. Elkins [,[ Mary T. Davidson [,[ Cornelius E. Cleere [,] George R. Cleere [,] Catherine Lackey [,] John T. Cleere [,] A. M. Cleere [,] Sally B. Robinson [,] and Joanne Cleere [.] I desire that she have an equal divide among my several children herein before named which I give to them and to their heirs and assigns forever and lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my son [,] John T. Cleere, executor of this my last will and testament.
